In-House Graphic Designer
A fantastic and exciting position is available for a vibrant and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This person will be responsible for the creation of graphics and media for banners, signatures, newspapers, websites, e-mailers and any other craziness our marketing department needs. This position is based in Kenilworth; Cape Town.
 
Job Specifications:
·        Design and create graphics, catalogues, flyers, signitures, didgtal advertising and any other form of digital design as per the marketing manager.
·        Desktop Publishing and Layouts
·        Development and implementation of designs for promotions and campaigns.
·        Monitoring and management of brand mentions on social media platforms. Ensuring that any negative mentions are attended to quickly and fairly.
·        Comment on blogs mentioning our brand.
·        Identify, interpret, and capitalize on social media trends.
·        Reporting - Ability to put together detailed reports - Measure the success of social media activities and report the results to management
 
Minimum Requirements:
·        Related formal qualification
·        Graphic design and DTP experience with contactable references and portfolio of work
·        Experience and skilled in Photoshop/CorelDRAW and In-Design
·        Knowledge of technology, gadgets and IT would be advantageous
·        Highly skilled in verbal and written communication
·        Must always be at the forefront of web / digital based technologies
·        Creative / Out of the box thinker
·        Results driven
·        Disciplined to be able to manage and complete campaigns on their own but also be able to perform well in a team.
·        Attention to detail
·        Good interpersonal skills & team work a must
