Chasing the Mouse

I called Chaos Computers this morning to ask a simple question regarding my mouse pointer and was directed to Chris who gave me a tip to making it work again, it was jumping to where the mouse pointer was resting while I typed (and I type really fast – so you can imagine the annoyance when the mouse decides to type elsewhere while you’re in a doc or email – the amending and reformatting was starting to really get to me!).

I want the managers to also know that Chris, who took a few min of his time to explain this to me and where to get it, made all the difference! He didn’t need to, in fact, he could’ve ripped me off and told me to bring my computer in to be looked at as the usual computer shop would do.  Pay a few hundred bucks and lost out on a half a day’s work or so, nevermind spending time and petrol to get out to you guys.  That didn’t have to happen!

I'm really impressed with the service he gave me, the time he took to answer my question and even though it was only a few minutes of his time and didn’t get anything out of it, its gone a long way to making a good name for your company and will SURELY secure you guys future business from us! I found the website I needed for my new drivers, downloaded them for my new OPS and am seriously happy with Chaos (Chris) that I want to let the world know!  

I really feel good about suggesting Chaos to anyone who may need assistance now.  Wow!! yr customer service really rocks!!!!!  And I didn’t have to spend a single cent except for the telephone call.

Thanks Chris!  When I need further help, I will now come straight back to Chaos!

Hard Drive Recovery

I handed in my Movie pot. I could not get it to work on my TV. The Technician phoned me back and told me he reformatted the hard drive and properly fixed the hard drive in the casing. AND can you believe no charge. Thanks Chaos for GREAT service support and to even compliment the service it was done within 24 hours.

I would just like to recommend anyone out there that is looking for a Great Computer Shop or just needs help with computers (like in my case) to use Chaos Computers N1 City. Excellent service, with constant feedback. My laptop was broken. Darryn helped me out with a new setup (instant) so I could continue my work while he fixed my laptop. Loaded all the drivers. software etc. Along with a great discount on my overall bill. It is hard to find good service with good prices, these guys are brilliant!

Ons rekenaar het Donderdag gekalf, Vrydag het Wian by Chaos se Willowbridge-tak dit getoets en die nodige gedoen. Hy het raad gegee en baie geduld met ons twee ou mense gehad, want toe is daar fout met die skerm ook! I bought a new desktop last week from the Parklands store, this is my 3rd PC from Chaos and not only are they much cheaper than the competitors there service is also way ahead in the industry, just a thank you to the team in assisting me in the download of programs other computer shops would have charged for.
